Graceville station - temporary station closure

From Saturday 26 April until Sunday 11 May Graceville station will be closed to improve safety by increasing the length of the raised platform. 

During this time train services will not stop at Graceville station. 

If you normally catch the train from Graceville, please check out the alternative travel options below, and plan your travel from Sunday 26 April. 

Alternative travel options

Chelmer and Sherwood stations 

Chelmer (1km) and Sherwood (1.2km) are the nearest train stations to Graceville. 

Consider walking, riding or getting dropped at one of these stations, if possible. 

Please note, these stations do not have lifts/ramps and may not be right for your needs.  Indooroopilly and Corinda are the nearest fully accessible train stations. 

Temporary route 20 shuttle

A temporary shuttle bus will operate during the closure to help keep you moving. 

The route 20 shuttle will travel on a loop between Graceville and nearby stations, matching the train timetable. See maps below for stop locations.

Please allow additional travel time when catching the shuttle to account for the time it takes to transfer between bus and train.
