Given the financial nature of go card, TransLink must comply with security and privacy obligations which are not feasible by email
or web enquiry. For this reason, TransLink requires all go card enquiries including requests for financial adjustments to be lodged via
the TransLink Contact Centre on 13 12 30.
Alternatively, if your go card is registered, fare adjustments, transaction histories and updating of account details can be done
online by logging in to your go card account at https://gocard.translink.com.au. Follow the simple online instructions to complete
your transaction or enquiry.
