In January 2024 six Queensland Rail stations closed temporarily to begin major accessibility upgrades.
Key features of these upgrades include new lifts, footbridges, raised platforms, upgraded security, and much more.
Five stations are complete, with Banyo, Burpengary, Bundamba, Lindum and Morningside now open to customers.
Buranda remains under construction, scheduled to reopen in early-2025.
Alternative transport options are in place to minimise disruptions. Check your station's service update below to find out more.
