If you are delayed and won't make the trip, please contact 13cabs as soon as possible to adjust the booking.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 30 minutes prior if not required.
During the trial, a single trip on a Flexilink service is cheaper than a Translink adult one zone fare.
Adults: $2 per trip
Concession: $1 per trip
Fares are paid in cash to the driver when you travel.
At the end of each Flexilink trip, the driver will ask you to sign off a cab docket showing the full meter cost for the Flexilink journey and the total cash fares paid.
Note: as go cards are not currently accepted on this service, additional charges will apply for connecting services (train, bus).
About concessions
Concession fares are only available on the verification of an eligible concession card.
You must provide proof of your concession entitlement when you first register for the service, and you must travel with your proof of concession entitlement to show your driver or authorised person when asked.
