• Ekka Travel Ticket is only valid for travel to and from the Brisbane Showgrounds between Saturday 6 August and Sunday 14 August 2022.
  • Customers must be in possession of a valid Ekka Entry Ticket (printed or online) or RNA Exhibition Pass (includes Member, Member guest, staff, Contractor, Exhibitors, Media and Crew) to purchase the Ekka Travel Ticket from a Queensland Rail ticket office.
  • Inbound and outbound journey must be completed on the same day (or the last scheduled service of the day).
  • Ekka Travel Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable from one person to another.
  • Concession entitlement cards must be carried when travelling and produced upon request to verify eligibility.
  • The Ekka Travel Ticket is only available for purchase at attended Queensland Rail stations.
  • Can be used on all Translink integrated scheduled and special event transport.
  • Normal Translink ticketing and fares apply on all Translink services.
  • No additional charge for the Queensland Rail loop service between Roma Street, Centre and Fortitude Valley stations.
  • Not valid for travel on Airtrain services.
  • Transfers are permitted in order to travel to Exhibition station or Ekka precinct bus stops.
  • Ekka precinct bus stops are within the boundary of RBWH Busway, Herston Busway station, O’Connell Terrace, Brook Street, St Pauls Terrace and Bowen Bridge Road.
  • When travelling on Queensland Rail services, the Ekka Travel Ticket is valid for travel to and from Exhibition station only.  
  • When travelling on bus services, the Ekka Travel Ticket is valid for travel to and from bus stops in the Ekka precinct only.
