Check your alert settings in MyTransLink app are set to the times you travel.

  • Go into the app, tap 'More' and select 'Settings'.
  • Change your ‘Push alert times’ to match when you travel.

Don’t forget to set up your ‘favourites’ so the alerts can be linked to the services you use. This way, you’ll always be in the know if your service is delayed or cancelled.
