Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for your favourite bus drivers in the 2024 Queensland Bus Driver of the Year Awards.

These awards are an opportunity to recognise, celebrate and honour the exceptional service bus drivers provide to the broader community.

It was incredible to see so many of you getting behind this initiative to acknowledge and thank our frontline workers.

One winner in each category will be awarded at the QBIC annual conference on Saturday 12 April 2025.

The winning bus drivers will be announced on Facebook and Instagram from Monday 14 April 2025.

The 2024 Queensland Bus Driver of the Year Awards recognise and celebrate remarkable individuals who go the extra mile, every day.

Bus drivers play an important role in keeping our communities moving. They get us to work and home, connect us socially, help our kids travel safely to school, and enable us to enjoy major events.
