All fares on Translink services are now 50 cents per journey, regardless of how far you travel on the network or how you choose to pay – whether it’s by go card, contactless debit or credit card, or paper ticket.

Non-Translink Regional Ferry services

Concession fares for Asylum Seekers are available on applicable regional ferry services where fares are set by the operator.  

These services include SeaLink Palm Island, SeaLink Magnetic Island, Stradbroke Ferries, Stradbroke Flyer and Island Taxi and Charter, and Peddells Thursday Island Tours.

To access concession fares, you will need to show a current ImmiCard (issued by the Department of Home Affairs) to the operator or an authorised person when buying a ticket, or if requested during your journey.
