Track closure in brief
- Dates:
- Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 January
- Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 January
- Affected lines: Beenleigh and Gold Coast
- Next normal service: Beenleigh and Gold Coast lines will continue to be impacted by the December and January extended track closures.
During this closure we'll be running timetabled railbuses to replace trains to help you get where you need to be.
Railbuses are impacted by road and traffic conditions, so your journey may take longer.
Please consider your transport options, allow extra travel time and plan ahead to find your fastest travel option.

Bikes and e-scooters are not permitted on railbuses.

StationLink route 19 will also run every 30 minutes between Salisbury and PA Hospital stations.

If your line is not listed below, it is not impacted by this weekend's track closure.
Please plan your journey closer to the date of the closure.
Beenleigh line trains:
- will run as a combined all-stop service with the Gold Coast line between Varsity Lakes and Banoon station.
- will not run between Banoon and Yeerongpilly station.
- will run between Yeerongpilly, the city and Ferny Grove station.
Timetable railbuses will run between Banoon, Yeerongpilly and Eagle Junction stations.
Affected stations:

- Coopers Plains
- Salisbury
- Rocklea
- Moorooka
- Yeerongpilly
Gold Coast line trains:
- will run as a combined all stop service with the Beenleigh line between Varsity Lakes and Banoon stations.
- will not run between Banoon and Yeerongpilly station.
- will run between Yeerongpilly, the city and Domestic Airport station.
Timetable railbuses will run between Banoon, Yeerongpilly and Eagle Junction stations.
