Anzac Day - travel to Brisbane City Dawn Service

On Friday 25 April, we will be running additional services to help you get to and from the Anzac Day Dawn Service. 

Between 2:45am and 6am, additional services will run on the following routes to get you to and from the Anzac Day Dawn Service.

On Friday 25 April, additional tram services will run from 3:30am until 5am every 15 minutes for the Dawn Service.

There will be additional early morning all stops CityCat services commencing from UQ St Lucia to get you to the Dawn Service in Brisbane City.

Additional route F23 services (Holman Street to Riverside) will also operate between 3am until approximately 5:40am.

Free travel information

On Anzac Day, free travel is available on all services (excluding Airtrain) for Defence Force personnel and veterans in uniform or wearing service medals.

Accompanying veteran spouses, family members wearing service medals, and children in official Scout, Girl-Guide or military association uniforms can also travel free of charge.
