Track closure in brief
- Start: First service Monday 13 January

- Airport, Beenleigh, Caboolture, Doomben, Gold Coast, Redcliffe Peninsula, Shorncliffe, Sunshine Coast
- Next normal service: Beenleigh, Gold Coast and Northern lines will continue to be impacted by the December and January extended track closures until Sunday 19 January.
We'll be running timetabled railbuses to replace trains between impacted stations to help you get where you need to be.
Railbuses may take longer than trains. Please consider your transport options, allow extra travel time and plan ahead to find your fastest travel option.

StationLink route 19 runs every 15 minutes and stops at all train stations between Rocklea and the PA Hospital station.
Train line information
All lines will have major timetable changes. There will be no express services on the Ipswich and Cleveland lines.
Lines listed below will also have track closures.
Please replan your journey closer to the date to find your best travel option.
Airport line trains will run between Domestic Airport and Eagle Junction station.
- Trains travelling from the Airport will then continue to Shorncliffe after Eagle Junction, running express between Eagle Junction and Northgate.
Railbuses will run between Eagle Junction, Roma Street and Banoon stations.

- Bowen Hills
- Fortitude Valley
- Central
- Roma Street
Beenleigh and Gold Coast line trains will be a combined service running all stops between Varsity Lakes and Banoon stations.
There will be no express trains running.

Caboolture/Sunshine Coast line trains will run between Caboolture and Northgate stations only, running express between Petrie and Northgate stopping only at Geebung station.
Timetabled railbuses will run between Northgate, Eagle Junction, Roma Street and Banoon stations.

Doomben line trains will run between Doomben and Eagle Junction stations only.
