Track closure in brief
- Dates:
- Thursday 2 and Friday 3 January
- Monday 6 to Friday 10 January
- Affected lines:
- All lines will have major timetable changes
- Northern lines will be impacted by track closures
- Next normal service: Weekend services will be impacted by different stages of the December and January extended track closures. Most lines will continue to be impacted until Sunday 19 January.
We'll be running timetabled railbuses to replace trains between impacted stations to help you get where you need to be.
Railbuses may take longer than trains. Please consider your transport options, allow extra travel time and plan ahead to find your fastest travel option.

StationLink route 19 runs every 15 minutes and stops at all stations between Rocklea and the PA Hospital station.

Airport line trains will run between Domestic Airport and Eagle Junction station.
- Trains travelling from the Airport will then continue to Shorncliffe after Eagle Junction, running express between Eagle Junction and Northgate.
Timetabled railbuses will run between Eagle Junction and Roma Street stations.

Caboolture/Sunshine Coast line trains will run between Caboolture and Northgate stations only, running express between Petrie and Northgate stopping only at Geebung station.

Doomben line trains will run between Doomben and Eagle Junction stations only.

Redcliffe Peninsula line trains will run between Kippa-Ring and Northgate stations.
