Track closure in brief

  • Start: First service Monday 30 December

    • All lines will have major timetable changes.
    • Cleveland and Doomben lines will be impacted by track closures. 
  • Next normal service: All lines will continue to have timetable changes due to the December and January extended track closures

We'll be running timetabled railbuses to replace trains to help you get where you need to be. 

Railbuses may take longer than trains. Please consider your transport options, allow extra travel time and plan ahead to find your fastest travel option.

StationLink route 19 runs every 15 minutes and stops at all stations between Rocklea and the PA Hospital station. 

Train line information

All lines will be impacted by timetable changes.

Please replan your journey closer to the date to find your best travel option.

Cleveland line trains will run between Cleveland and Cannon Hill stations only as three-car services. 

Timetabled railbuses will replace trains between Cannon Hill and Boggo Road/Park Road.

  • Buranda
  • Boggo Road/Park Road

Doomben line trains will run between Doomben and Eagle Junction stations. 

Please change trains at Eagle Junction to continue your journey.

  • Fortitude Valley
  • Central
