Track closure in brief
- Start: First service Saturday 28 September
- End: Last service Sunday 29 September
- Affected lines:
- Airport, Beenleigh, Caboolture, Cleveland, Doomben, Gold Coast, Redcliffe Peninsula, Shorncliffe and Sunshine Coast will be impacted by track closures and timetable changes
- Cleveland, Ferny Grove, Ipswich/Rosewood and Springfield lines will have timetable changes
- Next normal service: The next normal service will be Monday 30 September.
During this closure we'll be running timetabled railbuses to replace trains to help you get where you need to be.
Railbuses may take longer than trains. Please consider your travel options, allow extra travel time and replan your journey to find your fastest travel option.

StationLink route 19 runs every 30 minutes and stops at all train stations between Rocklea and the PA Hospital station.
Airport line trains will run between Domestic Airport and Eagle Junction stations. Trains travelling from the Airport will then continue to Caboolture, running express between Eagle Junction and Petrie, stopping at Northgate and Geebung.
Railbuses will run between Eagle Junction and Roma Street stations.

Beenleigh line trains will run express between Moorooka and Roma Street stations via the Tennyson loop in both directions.
Trains will run to a special timetable. These timetable changes will impact bus and train connections.
Railbuses will replace trains between Moorooka and Park Road.

- Yeerongpilly

Caboolture/Sunshine Coast line trains will run between Caboolture/Sunshine Coast and Northgate only, running express between Petrie and Northgate stopping at Geebung station. Trains will then run between Northgate, Eagle Junction and Domestic Airport stations until 10pm.
Timetabled railbuses will run between Northgate, Eagle Junction and Roma Street stations.

Doomben line trains will run between Doomben and Eagle Junction stations only.

Gold Coast line trains will run express between Altandi and Roma Street stations, via the Tennyson loop in both directions.

Redcliffe Peninsula line trains will run between Kippa-Ring and Northgate stations only.
Railbuses will replace trains for stations between Northgate, Bowen Hills and Roma Street.
