On Monday 8 April, Mowbray Park ferry terminal will close for approximately nine months for a major upgrade.
Once complete, the new terminal will allow for two CityCats to dock at the same time, improving travel times.
The new terminal will also have improved accessibility and covered waiting areas.
Travel alternatives
There are a number of alternative travel options available to you during the terminal upgrade.
Ferry
Dockside ferry terminal reopened on Tuesday 2 April.
It is located in Kangaroo Point and will be serviced by the CityHopper.
Catch the CityHopper to Sydney Street or Riverside terminals to connect with the CityCat.
Bus
There are nearby bus stops on Lytton Road and Shaftston Avenue which travel into Brisbane City and out towards the Eastern suburbs.
Catch route 232 away from the city to connect with the CityCat at Hawthorn or Bulimba ferry terminals.

Car parking
The number of car spaces at Mowbray Park park 'n' ride will be reduced during construction.
All people with disability (PWD) spaces will be closed for the duration of the works. New PWD spaces are being built as part of the terminal upgrade project.
