There's changes at Cultural Centre station as we relocate platforms for major Brisbane Metro construction and upgrade works.

On Monday 21 August, the new permanent Cultural Centre station platform 1 opened. The former temporary platform 1 has closed and all services have returned to the permanent platform 1 on Melbourne Street (adjacent the Queensland Museum).

Temporary platforms 2 and 3 on Melbourne Street will continue to operate until late 2023 for services heading towards the South East Busway, Eastern Busway, West End and Highgate Hill.
