FlexiLink is a maxi cab service operating in Ipswich and surrounding suburbs.

Passengers are picked up from their home and dropped at any location within the service's roam zone or a key location in the area, such as a train station or shopping centre.

Vehicles are wheelchair accessible and display the 'FlexiLink' sticker.

Fares are paid in cash when a passenger boards the service.

You can book a FlexiLink service two hours before you travel.

Community transport

Community transport is available to help people with a disability travel for shopping and social activities, as well as medical appointments.

Free or low-cost transport is available for eligible people in some locations.

Kan-go Toowoomba

Kan-go service picks up and drops off pre-booked passengers along a fixed route between Toowoomba City, Range Shopping Centre and St Vincent's Hospital and as close to your door as we Kan-go.

Personalised public transport

Personalised public transport (PPT) operates in areas where TransLink services are restricted.

The wheelchair accessible and air conditioned maxi cabs are operated by Yellow Cabs on behalf of Brisbane City Council.

Mount Tamborine to Beenleigh service

The Mount Tamborine to Beenleigh service (PDF, 5.2MB)  is a dedicated flat-fare taxi service. It will pick you up from Tamborine Mountain, North Tamborine or Eagle Heights and drop you off at Beenleigh station.

At Beenleigh station you can catch a train, bus or taxi to other places within the wider public transport network.

If you need to go beyond Beenleigh as your final destination, simply connect to a train, bus or taxi service. Additional charges will apply for connecting services.

The service is available for residents and visitors alike.

Where can I catch the service?
You can catch the service from Mount Tamborine, North Tamborine and Eagle Heights.

You can advise at the time of booking where you would like to get off along the route, as opposed to going all the way to Beenleigh station.

When does it run?

The service runs five days a week, Monday to Friday, and is operated by 13cabs.

As this service is a ride-share service, it’s possible there may be other customers travelling at the same time as you.

The journey to Beenleigh station takes about 40-50 minutes, depending on road and traffic conditions and the number of customers travelling.
