From Sunday 31 August, your Logan DRT service will be provided by TransitCare.
This means there’ll be new vehicles and changes to the booking process.
Keep a lookout for your new TransitCare branded vehicles running in your area.
You’ll need to call TransitCare on 1300 153 636 to book a ride. Friendly staff are waiting to take your call from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.
You won’t be able to book using the current phone number, MyDRTLogan app or online form from Sunday 31 August. A new online booking system is coming soon, and we'll let you know when it’s available.
If you need to travel between 6am and 8am, you’ll need to call to book before 10pm the night before you travel. All other times you’ll need to book at least two hours in advance.
There’ll be no changes to the DRT roam zones, operating hours, key destinations or fares with all trips still just 50 cents!
The service will continue to run seven days a week including public holidays from 6am to 10pm.
