We offer several paper ticket options for the Sunshine Coast Hinterland region.
- Single: a one-way ticket which includes 2-hour transfer time.
- Daily: unlimited travel within the zones purchased until the last service on any one day.
- 10-trip: valid for 10 separate trips within the zones purchased over a 12 month period.
Paper tickets can be purchased onboard a Sunshine Coast Hinterland bus service using cash.

To calculate your fare, look at all the zones you travel in during your journey. Subtract the lowest zone from the highest zone and add 1. This will determine the number of zones you will be charged for.
Fare example
- If you are travelling between Maleny (zone 4) and Landsborough (zone 5), you would pay a 2-zone fare, (5-4)+1 = 2 zones.
