From Monday 26 June, you'll have access to three new local bus routes making it easier to travel around your neighbourhood or connect with other services to reach wider destinations throughout Townsville.
New routes 211, 212 and 232 will run on weekdays and Saturdays, with 24 new accessible bus stops to be built in Bohle Plains, Burdell, Mt Louisa and Shaw, ready to support your access to the new routes.
We're investing in these growing communities to help you get where you need to go. The new routes have been carefully planned to connect you to health providers, work, retail hubs, education centres and the greater bus network in Townsville.
Timetables and bus stop locations for the routes are now available via journey planner. Just remember to use a date from Monday 26 June.
