From 9pm on Wednesday 3 April until 2am the next day, some go card services will be unavailable due to essential maintenance. 

During this time, the following services will be affected or unavailable:

  • go card account management via website
  • go card account management via call centre
  • go card top-ups at 7-Eleven and Night Owl stores.

You will still be able to touch on and touch off with your go card to travel.

If you need to top-up your go card, you can do it at fare machines and Queensland Rail ticket booths. 

If you experience any issues managing your go card account, please try again on Thursday 4 April.

Affected services
