Customer Service

Our 24 hour call centre (13 12 30) is operated by our customer service partner, Stellar, and provides customers with a single point of contact to access timetable, fares and ticketing information and provide feedback on public transport matters.

go card

Our go card electronic ticketing system is operated and maintained by Cubic Transportation Systems on our behalf. Cubic also provides database management and ticket data reporting services to TransLink. They also manage our relationships with the 500-strong go card retailers who form the go card Third Party Distribution network.
