Step 1: Register for DRT

If this is your first time using DRT you need to set-up an account.

Step 2: Book a trip

Download the trial MyDRTLogan app, book online using the trial booking system or call 13 11 90  anytime to book your DRT service.

Please allow extra travel time if you are connecting to a bus or train service.

 

Booking closing time

Due to the shared nature of DRT trips, online and app bookings will close 2 hours before travel.

 

Notifications

You can update your notification preferences at any time by calling 13 11 90.

Travel reminder notification

One hour before your trip you will receive an automated phone call or email to advise you of your vehicle arrival time.

Please be ready to travel at the agreed pick-up location a few minutes prior to the confirmed vehicle arrival time.

Vehicle approach notification

When your DRT vehicle is within 1km of your pick-up address you will receive a vehicle approach notification via SMS telling you your vehicle is on its way.

 

Paying for a trip

You can pay for your DRT trip to the driver when you travel. You can pay with:

  • cash
  • credit or debit card
  • a pre-paid voucher.

If you would like to pre-pay for your DRT trip, you can purchase DRT vouchers over the phone at 13 11 90. Vouchers are sold in books of ten.

You can choose to collect the vouchers from a 13cabs depot (16 Blackwood Road, Woodridge or 7 Albion Street, Woolloongabba) or receive them by post. If by post, the vouchers will be sent to you via registered mail and may take between two to five days to reach you.
