TransLink is piloting a new customer survey!
The pilot builds on the existing Customer Satisfaction Survey, offering a slimmer, easier to use format with less questions and more sections for open-ended feedback. The new survey allows for customers to be reached by SMS and engage with us directly via mobile devices, increasing engagement and the overall amount of feedback given.
Potential respondents are chosen randomly from users with registered go cards who have opted into receiving customer research emails. If you're interested in participating, sign up for e-news and tick the Customer research option. You can also opt-in when registering your go card for the first time.
Data from the survey is featured in regular reports, including the quarterly TransLink Tracker and monthly performance snapshots. These reports are part of the Queensland Government's commitment to providing greater public access to information.
