There are over 400 bus routes in the TransLink network, and over 12,600 stops. Approximately 330,000 trips are taken daily on buses. Busways are an important part of the TransLink network as they are dedicated roads just for buses and offer passengers a congestion-free journey on fast and frequent and reliable services.

Bus infrastructure projects
TransLink works with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and local councils to upgrade and install new bus infrastructure, including new bus stations, park 'n' rides and bus station and stop upgrades. TransLink is also involved in planning for the expanding busway network and we operate the completed facilities.
