There's security at designated NightLink bus stops and on the buses and trains in Brisbane for your safety. The bus driver will also drop you off anywhere along the route, as long as it's safe to stop.

NightLink buses run on over 20 popular routes and CityGlider runs 24 hours over the weekend in Brisbane and route 700 runs 24 hours a day, seven days week along the Gold Coast Highway.
NightLink trains run on the Beenleigh, Ipswich and Caboolture lines or check out the last trains on all lines.
The Queensland Government also provides a late night FlatFare taxi service in Brisbane that usually works out cheaper than using a regular taxi. The taxi ranks also have security staff for your safety.
This innovative, personalised taxi service has been developed by the Department of Transport and Main Roads in partnership with Black and White Cabs, Yellow Cabs and the Taxi Council of Queensland. NightLink FlatFare is part of the Queensland Government's Brisbane City Safety Action Plan designed to get people home quickly and safely.
The service operates on Friday and Saturday nights (Saturday and Sunday mornings) between 11pm to 5am from these taxi ranks:
- George Street (at top of Treasury taxi rank)
- Eagle Street (at top of taxi rank outside Friday's)
- Warner Street in Fortitude Valley (approaching Wickham Street).
