NightLink buses run on over 20 popular routes, the Blue CityGlider and Maroon CityGlider run 24 hours over the weekend in Brisbane and route 700 runs 24 hours a day, seven days week along the Gold Coast Highway.
NightLink trains run on the Beenleigh, Ipswich and Caboolture lines or check out the last trains on all lines.
The Queensland Government also provides a late night FlatFare taxi service in that usually works out cheaper than using a regular taxi. The taxi ranks also have security staff for your safety.
