Children aged five to 14 years (inclusive) are eligible for a concession fare.
Children who appear to be aged 15 or older may be asked to show proof of age, such as a school photo identification card.
Please note: Children aged four years and under can travel for free on TransLink services.
School children
Some school students may be eligible for the School Transport Assistance Scheme which provides school transport assistance.
There are also some dedicated school bus and train services.
