  • 14.26 million visits to TransLink's website - Queensland's most visited government website.
  • 1.7 million calls to TransLink's 24/7 call centre, around 4,300 calls on an average weekday.
  • 80.5 million go card trips out of a total 181.8 million passenger journeys - with more than 60 per cent of trips taken on go card in June 2010.
  • Added 173 new buses, 13 new three-car trains and one new CityCat to the TransLink network.
  • Implemented a program adding 301,000 additional weekly seats to TransLink bus, train and ferry services.
  • $129 million upgrading park 'n' rides, bus interchanges, stops and facilities.
  • Doubled the size of the go card retail network - there are now 520 places to buy a go card and more than 1,000 places to top-up throughout South East Queensland.

  • 9,237,090 visits to TransLink's website.
  • 150,000 calls - on average each month to TransLink's call centre - a 24/7 point of contact for customers.
  • 18 primary delivery partners - TransLink works with bus, train and ferry operators to deliver services.
  • 181.9 million passenger journeys - a 7.4 per cent increase in patronage on the previous year.
  • 15,000 extra customer capacity - carried weekly on the Ipswich and Caboolture rail lines.
  • 10,000 square kilometres - transport network stretching across 23 zones, more than six times the size of London's public transport network.
  • $11.5 million - in new upgraded infrastructure and passenger facilities to improve access and capacity at key public transport stations.
  • 64,000 extra customer capacity - on Brisbane buses each week due to the introduction of 26 new buses.
  • 297,448 go cards - issued in 2008-09 for use on the TransLink network, bringing the total number of go cards to more than 370,000 by 30 June 2008. Twenty-one per cent of total trips taken across the network used go card.
  • $65.3 million - on improving the safety, amenity, capacity and accessibility of train stations.
